This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fifth respondent Bank to de-freeze the petitioner's savings bank account bearing Account No. 150018041963, IFSC Code: INDB0000007.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the fifth respondent Bank has already de-frozen the
petitioner's savings bank account bearing Account No. 150018041963, IFSC Code: INDB0000007. The same has also been communicated to the petitioner by the Bank through a letter dated 03.04.2025.
3. In view of the above submission, the savings bank account of the petitioner bearing Account No. 150018041963, IFSC Code: INDB0000007 with the fifth respondent stands de-frozen. The fifth respondent Bank is directed to permit the petitioner to operate the said account without any further hindrance.
