Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his Proc.Moo.Mu.No. 36009/H/2011 dated 11.01.2012 ad quash the same and direct the respondents to allot one more Secondary Grade Teacher to the school with immediate effect as per the schedule to the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 ( Act No.35 of 2009) and proceedings of the 2nd respondent in his Proc.Na.Ka.No.24548/G1/2010 dated 28.08.2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
