This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondent for not to harass and not to disturb the petitioner and his family members.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent, a case in Crime No.11 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioner by the 1st respondent and the petitioner is an accused in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
