This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for withdrawal of O.S.No.49 of 2014 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchy and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent does not have any objection for transferring O.S.No.49 of 2014 from the file of Family Court, Trichy to the file of Family Court, Salem and an endorsement to that effect has also been made.

4. Recording the endorsement, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and O.S.No.49 of 2014 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Trichy and transferred to the file of Family Court, Salem. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
