This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani to dispose of the case in STC.No.700 of 2022 as early as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the

materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner had filed a case as against the respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani in STC.No.700 of 2022. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani, is directed to complete the Trial in STC.No.700 of 2022, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
