This Court, vide order dated 10.04.2023 disposed of the writ petition by directing the respondents 1 and 3 to pay a sum of Rs.4 lakhs (Rs.2 lakhs each), in full quit, by way of demand draft to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance', the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.04.2023 made in W.P.No.22623 of 2018, a sum of Rs.4 lakhs (Rupees Four Lakhs only) was paid to the petitioner.
