ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.42 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25993 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25993 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.42 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25993 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 is relaxed.
