O R D E R

The petitioner/wife has filed these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2015 and H.M.O.P.No.144 of 2014 respectively pending on the file of the Family Court, Udhagamandalam and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2015 is filed by the respondent-husband on the file of the Family Court, Udhagamandalam for dissolution of marriage. The petitioner-wife has filed H.M.O.P.No.144 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore for restitution of conjugal rights.

It is stated by the petitioner-wife that she is at present living in her parent's house at Coimbatore. She is unable to travel 100 kms up and down for each hearing at Udagamandalam. Her children are also studying at Coimbatore and she has to take care of them. Her parents also could not accompany her for the Court hearings. Hence, she seeks transfer from Udhagamandalam to Coimbatore.

Though the respondent was served with notice, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel. 5.

Taking into consideration the above grievance expressed by the petitioner-wife and also taking into the fact that she is having school going children, these Tr.C.M.Ps are allowed and H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2015 and H.M.O.P.No.144 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Udhagamandalam shall stand withdrawn and is transferred to the Family Court, Coimbatore.
