ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested on 23.06.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 448 and 506(ii) of IPC read with Section 34 of IPC in Cr.No.484 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. According to the prosecution, on 23.06.2021, while the defacto complainant was working in the shop, the petitioners went to the shop and demanded Rs.300/- from him. When he refused to give the same, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant with iron rod and caused injuries. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioners.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they are nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence, the defacto complainant has lodge a counter case.
4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners demanded money from the defacto complainant. When he refused, the petitioners brutally attacked him. Due to which, the defacto complainant lost his left eye vision. However, he opposed to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the gravity of the accusation against the petitioners and the case is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
