ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3, not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by one Mahesh Kumar, the petitioner was called for enquiry by the 2nd respondent through communication in C.No.132/DSP-ALGSC/CBE-DIST/2021 dt.24.06.2021. Summons were https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issued on 24.06.2021 and the parties were called for enquiry. They appeared on 25.06.2021 and the enquiry is pending.

4.The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting the enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the police. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 13.07.2021 and 14.07.2021. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against the respondent police, to proceed action in accordance with law.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
