O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the transfer civil miscellaneous petition. The learned counsel wanted this Court to fix an outer time limit for disposal of the matrimonial proceedings in HMOP No.3101 of 2013.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

3. The learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is requested to dispose of the proceedings in HMOP No.3101 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible.
