ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the patta bearing No.26105 standing in the name of the 3rd respondent, Page No.1 of 4
based on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.10.2025, by conducting appropriate enquiry.
2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. However, he seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for redressing the petitioner's grievance as raised in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle today.
