ORDER

It is the specific case of the petitioner that despite being the successful auction purchaser, which has also been confirmed no allotment order has been issued for the property situated in Door No.39, Plot No.726, New No.950, 27th Street, Punitha Sagaya Mada Street, Butmedu, Chennai-82.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a representation was made on 26-09-2014 and it would suffice if this Court directs the respondent to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within a stipulated time. 3.

Heard Mr. S. Prabhu, the learned counsel for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Considering the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to submit the representation afresh enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order, and on such representation, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. 5.
