ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has filled in the application stating her caste as Backward Class (BC-Muslim). Thus, the petitioner did not fulfill the minimum marks required in the written test.

2. The aforesaid could have been sorted out, if the petitioner would have approached the Court immediately thereafter. But instead waited till the Physical Endurance Test was over and then approached the Court. In principle, this is similar to the matter decided by us today in W.P.No.27598 of 2015 that the candidates who have approached the Court even after the Physical Endurance Test has been conducted are disentitled to any relief on account of delay and laches.

3. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are closed.
