ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to take action against the 6th respondent for interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition by the petitioner.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the 6th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3. The petitioner had given a representation on 06.01.2026 to the respondents 4 and 5 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. According to the petitioner, despite the petitioner being the owner of the property, the 6th respondent is interfering with the possession.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 6th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 4 and 5 to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 06.01.2026 requesting the respondents 4 and 5 to take action against the 6th respondent for interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of Page No.3 of 6

the subject property of the petitioner, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 6th respondent and any other party, whom the respondents 4 and 5 deem it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
