ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to inspect and measure the properties in Survey No.28/3B and 28/2A of Thammampatti Village and issue patta for Acre 1.00 cents in Survey No.28/3B by sub dividing the same in the petitioner's name by virtue of sale deed dated 22.02.1964 and issue patta for remaining lands in Survey Nos.28/3B and 28/2A of Thammampatti Village in the name of all the sons and daughters of Mr.Ramasamy by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner purchased the property from Ramasamy by virtue of sale deed. Pursuant to the death of the vendor, patta has been issued in favour of the Ramasamy's legal heir. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 11.04.2024 for sub-division and issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner has not made an online application by paying requisite fees. If the application is made, the same will considered and orders will be passed. 2/4

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the petitioner to submit an online application by paying requisite fees and the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons within a period of two months thereafter.
