ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition, [b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4568 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4568 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 is relaxed.
