O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by M. M.SUNDRESH,J.,) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. Alleging that the detenue - A.Komaleeshwari, aged about 20 years has been missing, the present petition has been filed.

2. Today, the detenue is present before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue has informed us that she has since married one Anandaraj. The husband of the detenue is also present before this Court. The petitioner has informed us that she is not willing to take back the detenue. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal custody involved and the detenue is set at liberty. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed accordingly.
