Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus praying to call for the records relating to impugned guidelines in Ref- CO/PER/ER- A/147/ 2017 dated 6.1.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same in so far as fixing reduction of pay of the petitioner with retrospective effect from 1.6.2009 and proposed recovery by respondents from the salary of the petitioner from 1.7.2021 and consequently direct the respondents to continue to pay the petitioner his last drawn salary paid on 1.5.2021 and all other monetary and service benefits accrued thereon.
