Even today (17.02.2017), when the Tr.C.M.P. is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner, either in person or through counsel. Hence, the Tr.C.M.P. is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
