The prayer sought for in the present petition is to to direct the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Hosur to number the Application in Cr.MP. Sr.No.5712 of 2017 in S.C. No. 108 of 2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Returning without any reasons as to why the petition is not maintainable is improper. On a perusal of the averments made in the petition, I am of the view that the application filed before the trail Court can be maintained.

4. Hence, the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Hosur is directed to number the application Cr.MP. SR. No. 5712 of 2017 in S.C. No. 108 of 2016 and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
