ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2024 to change the survey No.34/16D in Patta No.574 to and in favour of Narasimma Reddy, Son of Perumal Reddy (herein Petitioner) instead of survey No.34/16E in Patta No.575 to and in favour of Ragava Reddy, Son of Periyasamy (herein 3rd respondent) and issue a patta to and in favour of petitioner father's name.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner submitted a representation on 25.07.2024 to 1st and 2nd respondents requesting change in the survey number in respect of Patta No.575 and issue patta in favour of petitioner's father. Thereafter, the petitioner had submitted online application on 09.09.2024, however, the respondents have not considered the representations made by the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner 2/4

has come before this Court.

At the outset, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that petitioner's representation would be considered and orders passed in accordance with law, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the appropriate respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, 3rd respondent and any other interested persons/stake holders, including rival claimants, if any, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
