Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ, directing the 1st to 5th respondents to consider the representations dated 31.05.2022 and 02.06.2022 by ensuring that the petitioner's name is removed from Website of immigration office, at Chennai the adverse entry of the lookout circular against the passport of the petitioner in passport bearing No24076654 and enquire into the illegal detentions of the petitioner on various dates (05.04.2022 and 30.04.2022) by granting adequate and fair compensation to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st to 5th respondents to consider the representations dated 31.05.2022 and 02.06.2022 by ensuring that the petitioner's name is removed from Website of immigration office, at Chennai and the adverse entry of the lookout circular against the passport of the petitioner in passport bearing No4076654 and enquire into the illegal detentions of the petitioner on various dates (05.04.2022 and 30.04.2022) by granting adequate and fair compensation to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents 2 & 3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1, 4 & 5.

3. As the Lookout Notice was issued against the petitioner herein, the Investigation Officer has already withdrawn the Lookout Notice and the entries in the Immigration Office has also been removed now, as per the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondent/Immigration Authorities.

4. In such view of the matter, no further order is required in this matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
