(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 143, 294 (b), 447, 427 and 506 (i) of IPC and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Property (prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992 in Crime No.553 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been arrested on 12.09.2020.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
