ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to recover certain documents belonging to the petitioner, which according to the petitioner has been taken away by his wife.

2. It is seen from records that a complaint is pending before the respondent police in C.S.R.No.136 of 2019.

3. The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court in exercise of its jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.PC, more particularly, since it is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife. The respondent police shall conduct an enquiry and proceed further on the complaint in accordance with law.
