This petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the third respondent police to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.02.2020 and investigate the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, the third respondent conducted detailed enquiry in C.S.R.No.122 of 2020 and closed on the same date i.e., 24.02.2020. Therefore, on devoid of merits this petition is closed.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court by way of private complaint.
