3. This Court, by order dated 27.01.2015, allowed the Application No.7887 of 2014 in C.S.No.517 of 2002, ordering the suit in O.S.No.6999 of 2012 to be transferred from the file of the XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to this Court, for simultaneous trial.

4. In view of Application No.7887 of 2014 to withdraw and transfer O.S.No.6999 of 2012 from the file of the XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to this Court having been allowed, this stay application is dismissed as infructuous. 27.04.2015 ogy/arr

It is represented that there are connected suits in C.S.Nos.422 and 517 of 2002, O.S.No.6999 of 2012 and Tr.C.S.No.119 of 2015.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for D4 and D5 that the typed set of papers have not been served on him.

3. Hence, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to serve a copy of the typed set of papers on the learned counsel for D4 and D5.

4. The Registry is directed to post this matter along with the connected suits on 29.04.2015 for framing of issues.
