Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022 sent for rectifying the mistake occurred during UDR Scheme and to include the name of the petitioner as joint pattadar in respect of the lands measuring 0.62 acres, 0.27 acres, 2.12 acres and 1.11 acres situated in S.F.Nos.104/3, 104/4, 105/1 and 106/1 situate at Pattaguruparapali Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District along with fourth respondent herein in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated
30.03.2022 sent for rectifying the mistake occurred during UDR Scheme and to include the name of the petitioner as joint pattadar in respect of the lands measuring 0.62 acres, 0.27 acres, 2.12 acres and 1.11 acres situated in S.F.Nos.104/3, 104/4, 105/1 and 106/1 situate at Pattaguruparapali Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District along with fourth respondent herein in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation dated 30.03.2022 to the respondents seeking to rectify the mistake occurred during UDR Scheme and to include the name of the petitioner as joint pattadar in respect of the subject lands and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ petition.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame.
4.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
