ORDER

This revision has been filed against the order dated 12.8.2009 passed by the learned District Munsif - cum- Judicial Magistrate, Parangipettai in M.C.No.5 of 2007.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the matter has been settled in between the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the revision to that effect. In view of the same, the Criminal revision case is closed as settled out of Court.
