This petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking to modify the anticipatory bail order in Crl.M.P.No.1432/2019 on 29.03.2019 with a condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvallur, within 15 days and also execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with each sureties and further condition that the petitioners are directed to deposit for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each to the credit of crime No.117/2019, on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. This Court is of the view that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, after considering the issues involved in detail, passed the order dated 29.03.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1432/2019. Further, the petitioner has not raised any valid grounds to modify the said condition.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
