This petition has been filed for seeking to vacate the interim stay granted on 29th June in Crl.M.P.No.4303 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9612 of 2020 against Crime No/FIR No.129 of 2020 and also dismiss the quash petition.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the 1st respondent and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 2nd respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances, the interim stay already granted by this court on 29.06.2020 is hereby vacated. 4.The 2nd respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation.
