O R D E R

1. Issue notice. Mr.S.Thangavel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1. In view of the order that we intend to pass, for the moment, no notice is required to be issued to respondent No.2.

2. Counsel for parties are agreed, that the writ petition can be disposed of at the stage itself.

3. The only prayer made in the writ petition is that respondent No.1 be directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner before him, expeditiously.

4. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has only four years in service and given the fact that her dismissal was ordered on 07.03.2017, we are inclined to direct respondent No.1, to dispose of the appeal at the earliest. 4.1. Accordingly, respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner's appeal dated 27.03.2017, within eight (8) weeks from today.

5. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
