O R D E R

The respondent filed O.P.No.625 of 2015 for divorce before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai. The petitioner, on the other hand, filed O.S.No.244 of 2015 before the Subordinate Court at Thiruvannamalai praying for maintenance. The petitioner has come up with this Petition with a request to transfer the matrimonial proceedings from the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of Subordinate Court at Thiruvannamalai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent jointly submitted that the parties would be satisfied in case the proceedings are transferred to the Subordinate Court at Tindivanam.

3. In view of the consensus arrived at among the parties, the proceedings in O.P.No.625 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai, and is transferred to the file of Subordinate Court at Tindivanam. Similarly, the suit filed by the petitioner for maintenance in O.S.No.244 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Court at Thiruvannamalai, and is transferred to the file of Subordinate Court at Tindivanam, for disposal on merits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
