CRP.No.1722 of 2019, dt.30.11.2020 CRP(PD).No.1722 of 2019 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., By an order dated 03.06.2019, this Court disposed of CRP.No.1722 of 2019 with a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, to dispose of E.A. No.84 of 2017 in E.P. No.30 of 2012, within a period of two months.

2.Now, the learned Principal District Munsif (full additional charge), Alandur, by a letter dated 11.11.2020 seeks extension of time by more than three months.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the said letter, eight weeks time is hereby is granted to dispose of E.A. No.84 of 2017 in E.P. No.30 of 2012, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
