Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent in and by his proceedings No.26800 / ES, 1/219 dated 6.11.2023 confirming the punishment of Dismissed from service imposed in and by the proceedings of the second respondent in No. 26800 / ES, 1/2019 dated 10.5.2021 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with effect from the date of removal from service with all service and monetary benefits For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondents : Mr.S.Arumugam Government Advocate 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.11.2023 passed by the first respondent and confirming the order passed by the second respondent dated 10.05.2021, thereby removed the petitioner from service.

2. When the matter was listed on 29.07.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 31.07.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 31.07.2024, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
