O R D E R
The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 23.12.2023 and 04.04.2024. 2.
Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned standing counsel takes notice for the Respondent.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

The case of the petitioner is that one Mrs.S.Bhagavathi Amma, who joined the services of the Respondent Corporation from Tamil Nadu State Construction Corproation (TNSCC), Chennai as Technical assistant on deputation was re-designated as Assistant Engineer and subsequently given promotion as Assistant Executice Engineer, which is against rules and regulations. In this regard, the Petitioner made a representation to the Respondent on 12.12.2023 followed by another representation dated 04.04.2024. As the same did not evoke any response, the Petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief. 2/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this court, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection. 6.
Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
