O R D E R

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.[b] The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9114 of 2020 dated 22.06.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to health condition of the petitioner, he could not be able to appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks. Therefore, he sought for modification of the same.

3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
