ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 24.08.2015 against the named persons in the complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 24.08.2015, it appears that this petitioner had entered into a agreement dated 11.04.2009 with 27 persons and now, it is alleged that they have not come forward to execute the sale deed. In order to give a criminal colour, the petitioner had added that he was assaulted by the opposite party. It clearly appears to be a civil dispute. Therefore, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register a case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
