ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the compensation amount has been paid to the petitioner. The learned Additional Advocate General by placing reliance upon the compliance report filed by the fourth respondent, submitted that the balance amount of Rs.23,52,892/- has been settled by way of cheques on 15.09.2020.
