Minor Pranit Yasa v. Vijay Babu Talluri

The petitioner has sought for legal guardianship of minor child who was born on 24.11.2002. The petitioner has also filed a Birth Certificate of the minor child namely Pranit Yasa.

As seen from the Birth Certificate, Pranit Yasa was born on 24.11.2002 and hence, on 24.11.2020, the minor child would have reached the age of 18 years and would have become major. Since the minor child has attained the age of majority, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
