O R D E R

The petitioner/wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri, has come forward with this transfer petition to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife. 3.Learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that he has no objection to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2015 as sought for by the petitioner.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to order transfer. Accordingly, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2015 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri, for disposal in accordance with law. The Presiding Officer, Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2015 to the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
