PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in her Page No.1 of 4

proceedings Rc.No.15/A/Liq./17, dated 24.04.2018 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to disburse the salary for the period from October 2022 to May 2003 together with all terminal monetary benefits together with interest to the petitioner.

ORDER

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the amount that is being claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition, has already been paid by the respondents and the same is confirmed by Mrs.S.Thagira Banu, Co-operative Sub-Registrar/Superintendent, who is also present before this Court.
