This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking police protection at the hands of the respondents 3 to 6 herein. 2.
It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 in respect of the property in O.S.No.699 of 2022 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Salem. Therefore, in the property dispute the police protection cannot be given. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
