This criminal original petition was ordered on 17.04.2025. At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter has been posted today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph no.2 of the order dated 25.02.2025, the name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed, in which, instead of typing "Vallarasu" it has been inadvertently typed as "Vallavarasu".

Accepting the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the name of the petitioner in the aforesaid order viz. "Vallavarasu" stands corrected as "Vallarasu". The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and issue fresh corrected order copy.
