This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation and to file the final report in Cr.No.6 of 2012 dated 20.04.2012.

2. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR and the fact that the case was registered in the year 2012, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.6 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be.
