ORDER

This Petition is filed to implead the petitioners herein as respondents 6 to 13 in the above writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that for proper

adjudication of the writ petition, it is proper and necessary to implead the petitioners as party respondents in the writ petition. Hence, he prayed for allowing this petition.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 expressed strong objections to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that if this petition is allowed, no prejudice would be caused to the writ petitioner. Hence, this petition is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the petitioners herein are impleaded as respondents 6 to 13 in the above writ petition.
