Prayer: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, praying to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Thiruvannamalai and transfer the same to the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai to tried along with M.C.No.291 of 2015.

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Thiruvannamalai and transfer the same to the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai to tried along with M.C.No.291 of 2015.

3. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection in transferring the case pending in H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2015, on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai to VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to try along with M.C.No.291 of 2015.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thiruvannamalai to the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to try along with M.C.No.291 of 2015.

Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.53 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thiruvannamalai is withdrawn and transferred to the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to try along with M.C.No.291 of 2015. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
