This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to call for the records relating to the Crime No.2 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER

Today, when this criminal original petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after the completion of investigation in Crime No.2 of 2021, final report was filed before the Additional Mahila Court at Magisterial Level, Egmore, Chennai, however, the same has not yet been taken on file since this Court vide its order dated 30.07.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.6861 of 2021, stayed the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2021 on the file of 1st respondent police.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid final report filed before the Additional Mahila Court at Magisterial Level, Egmore, Chennai. The Additional Mahila Court at Magisterial Level, Egmore, Chennai is directed to take the final report filed by the 1st respondent police on file immediately, if it is otherwise in order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
