This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required in Crl.M.P.No.19651 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24809 of 2023 dated 19.12.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.
