This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the above criminal revision petition in Crl.A.No.300 of 2023 dated 12.11.2024 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 53 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
